Shipping Policy

To make your shopping experience at the easiest possible, we have a single price on our products - and that’s all you pay (unless you want it a bit faster, or would like to upgrade the delivery options...and we make that easy too!). Other stores may have similar prices, but once you add the hidden costs like shipping, handling, taxes and more, you’ll find that no fan memorabilia shopping experience is quite like ours.

If your order is equal to or more than $50, there is no need to do math. We show you the price - and once you’ve added items to your shopping cart, you can see your total. We don’t make you read between the lines, add subtotals to other line items, or calculate shipping based on ten different factors.

If your order is less than $50, we add a flat $15 shipping/handling fee to your order - we even make that math easy! Often, though, it is to your advantage to pick up that second chair, qualify for free shipping, and get more for it!

Most orders on in stock merchandise that are received before 12:00pm Central Standard Time will be processed within the same day. Most orders will be delivered within 7-10 business days from the date of shipping. Weekends and Holidays are excluded. Some logo items are made-to-order; processing on these orders may take longer.

Additional shipping charges will apply outside the Continental 48 states and will be calculated at the time of checkout. At this time, we do not accept international orders and only accept orders that are both placed and shipped within the US or Canada. We also do not accept orders within the US for shipments to US territories, APO addresses, or PO boxes. After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order ships out, your account will be updated with tracking information.

At time of delivery, please carefully inspect your shipment thoroughly. If a box is torn, dented, ripped, punctured or damaged in anyway, please sign the delivery confirmation by clearly noting the damage. This will aid in filing a claim against the delivery company, if necessary. If you are unable to fully inspect your shipment at time of delivery, please note "Subject to Further Inspection" on the delivery confirmation in the event it is necessary to file a concealed damage claim. If your inspection uncovers that an item is visibly damaged but you believe the damage to be minor and can be fixed with a replacement part, accept delivery of the item. However, if you discover that an item has sustained major damage and is visibly damaged beyond repair, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately. If your order consists of several cartons, you can accept delivery of the undamaged ones and refuse only the damaged items.
